Our main service offering is our depository, which is also known as the safe custody of Wills. When you deposit your Will with our office, we will act as the custodian for your Will. We ensure the Will is released to the right people: your next-of-kin and/or your nominated representatives. You can be assured that your Will is in safe hands.

Our aim is to become the first place to refer to confirm the existence of a Will. Once your Will is deposited in our Depository, your legal heirs will have an easier time to locate your Will. Easy Location of Will

• Your wife and children may not know where to find your Will. After all, your Will may have been written by one of the thousands of law firms, or by one of the major banks.
• Your Will may be kept in a safe deposit box, but it cannot be accessed after your passing until a Letter of Administration is obtained. This means double work – first the Letter of Administration to gain access to the safe box, and second a Grant of Probate to put into effect your Will.
• With our service, your Will can be easily located if your heirs or representatives come knocking.

Our Great Storage Facility

• Our Wills storage facility is safe and secure. We have security guards patrolling round the clock to deter any potential intruders.
• Our Wills storage facility is designed and operated by knowledge management and document management warehousing experts. They adopt the latest methods for document storage and retrieval.
• Our Wills storage facility is dry, airtight, and kept in a semi-vacuumed state to prevent erosion of your original document. Very useful if the Will needs to be examined in a court of law.
• We are insured against fire, theft, break-in, vandalism, and employee dishonesty.

• We can digitize your Will by scanning high-resolution images of the Will, which will be burned into a CD. The CD is stored with your Will to serve as a backup reference in case the paper erodes (for any reason).
• We can record a video of you reading your Will in the presence of our officers, and the DVD is stored with the physical copy of your Will. This helps provide closure to your family members. You can also say a few additional things on video.

• We send new year cards to you to remind you to update us with your latest Will. It’s our way of checking if you’re still around.

• Your name is entered into our Registry (unless you instruct us to withhold your name from our database).

• You can instruct us to reveal your Will only to certain people.

Our services are charged as follows:

•  RM700-00 for ten (10) years’ storage;
• RM1,000-00 for fifteen (15) years’ storage; and
• RM1,500-00 for lifetime storage.
