The Registry is our service where you can register the particulars of your Will with us for a one-time fee of RM300-00. This is perfect for you if you already have a Will, and it is being held by a custodian, such as a law firm, or a good friend. Still, your family needs to know where to find your Will, and they can find out the particulars by lodging an enquiry at our Registry.
Our Registry Services
We keep records on the particulars of our client’s Will for the benefit of their children, or other legitimate parties who deserve to know. In short, we record for their benefit:
- Where your Will is being held,
- Who has custody your Will, and
- The names of your Executor(s).
Our services are a combination of traditional record-keeping and a digital database that can be easily queried. This means, we will require you to fill in the paperwork that verifies you are the person who lodged the information with us. Your information is easily located through our robust custom software.
Our services are guaranteed for life, by which we mean at least 30 years. If our business goes bust, we will transfer the information to an established law firm which has agreed to take over in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
