The National Wills Depository and Registry is a service for you to either Deposit your Will or to Register your Will to ensure that your Will can be found by your legal heirs or authorized representatives after your death.
Many people hide away their Will to prevent others from tampering with it. They worry that there will be conflicts if the contents of their Will is known to their family members. In the end, when they pass away, the family members do not know where the Will is kept.
Our aim is to be the first place of reference to confirm the existence of a Will. Choose one of our services to help your legal heirs put your Will into effect after your passing.
Our Registry Services
You can choose to register the particulars of the Will with us, and have the Will kept by a trusted advisor, or a good friend. Once your legal heirs or authorized representatives inform us of your passing away, we will institute preset procedures to verify their identity and (if everything is confirmed) we will release the information to them.
Our Depository Services
You can deposit an original copy of your Will with our office. We have service packages where you can store your Will for 10 years, 15 years, or for a Lifetime. (Our “Lifetime” service packages are guaranteed for a minimum of 30 years.) Our storage facility is secure, dry, and semi-vacuumed to prevent the erosion of your original Will, so that a forensic expert can look at it in case a dispute arises.
Outsourcing To Us
Our vision is to become the first place to confirm the existence of a will. If you are a business that writes Wills for clients, you can register your client’s Will at our Registry so that their heirs can identify where the Will is located.
